Returns Policy
1. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. 14-Day Cancellation (Change of Mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund under change-of-mind:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Original packaging must be included where possible
- Items must not be installed, modified, or altered
- Consumables must be sealed and unopened
We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If an item has been fitted, used, printed with, installed, or otherwise put into service, this will be treated as use beyond inspection and may result in refusal of refund or a deduction.
3. Return Costs
Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:
- Opened consumables (including nozzles, filament, adhesives, tapes, etc.)
- Items showing signs of installation or use
- Custom, cut-to-size, or special-order items
- Items damaged due to incorrect fitting or misuse
- Items purchased in error where compatibility was clearly stated
Compatibility remains the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise checking specifications before purchase.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request:
- Photographs
- A description of the issue
- Return of the item for inspection
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Or refund (where appropriate under UK law)
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a refund.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:
- Receiving the returned goods, or
- Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges will be refunded only where required by law.
If an upgraded or premium delivery option was selected, only the basic standard delivery cost will be refunded.
7. Exchanges
We do not automatically offer exchanges.
If you require a different item, please place a new order and return the original item in line with this policy.
8. Incorrect Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
- Correct model compatibility
- Correct size
- Correct specification
Where an item is correctly supplied as described, returns due to incorrect ordering will be treated as change-of-mind returns.
